We are committed to handling your data responsibly, limiting collection to only what is necessary, and never selling your personal information to third parties.

When you visit or use KLEAN, we may collect and process the following types of data:
- Contact Information: If you sign in using Google authentication, we collect your name and email address for account creation and management.
- Location Data: If you choose to search by location or submit a review, we collect your precise GPS coordinates to show relevant nearby restroom results and to geotag your review. Location is accessed only while the app is in use (foreground) unless you explicitly grant "Always On" permission.
- Photos: If you add a photo to your review, we request access to your device camera. Photos are captured in-app and uploaded with your review. We do not access your existing photo library unless you choose to select an existing image.
- Review Content: Text descriptions, star ratings, cleanliness scores, and other content you voluntarily submit when posting a review.
- Search Data: We log search queries to understand which locations are being searched most frequently. This data may be associated with your user account if you are logged in.
- Usage Data: Information about your interactions with the app — such as features used, screens visited, and app usage patterns — collected to improve our service.
- Identifiers: We collect user IDs (generated upon account creation) and device IDs to manage accounts and provide a consistent experience.

- Withdraw Permissions: Revoke camera or location access at any time via your iPhone's Settings → Privacy & Security. Revoking location access will disable the nearby restrooms feature.
